Aluminum cylinder kit Ø 63 for the Vespa PX T 5

The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit Ø 63 is designed for the Vespa PX T 5 from the 1985-1993 model year range. The design combines an aluminum cylinder with a nickel-chrome coating on the cylinder liner and a cylinder core designed for controlled heat exchange.

Function and construction

• The cylinder has aerodynamically profiled cooling fins for an efficient flow of cooling air.
• The revised CVF openings have 7 ports and support the fluidic design of the cylinder.
• The connection to the exhaust is via a flange with an O-ring seal and is designed for exhaust systems with a 37 mm inlet diameter.
• The precise centering between cylinder and head is achieved via machined support surfaces.
