The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit with a diameter of 68.5 mm is designed as an MHR racing version for the Vespa PX E Arcobaleno 200. The design is intended for use in competitions at designated venues in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports associations.

Racing version with well thought-out details

The aluminum cylinder has a revised design with reinforced cooling fins. The black piston has a skirt coated with molybdenum sulfide. The semi-trapezoidal ring seat and piston crown remain as design features. The MHR version differs from the SPORT version in that it has a channel design tailored to racing requirements.

The centering between the cylinder head and cylinder takes place via two centering bushes on two stud bolts. An O-ring supports the seal between the components. The connection to the silencer is made via a flange connection set with four head screws on the cylinder and an O-ring seal on the exhaust. The system is designed for exhaust systems with an inlet diameter of 44.5 mm.
