BASIC tank ring for the Suzuki GSX-R 1000, 2009 to 2011

The model-specific kit allows a Hepco & Becker BASIC tank bag to be fitted to the 2009 to 2011 Suzuki GSX-R 1000.

Both locking components included

The scope of delivery includes the black BASIC tank ring and the designated retaining plate on the tank bag. The position of the retaining plate can be set to suit the tank shape and steering lock. The tank bag itself is not part of the kit.

Purely mechanical function

When fitted, the tank bag locks onto the ring with a clearly audible click. The strap at the front releases the mechanism for removal. The fitted tank ring still allows the fuel cap to be opened.
