BASIC tank ring with 7-hole mounting for Kawasaki
This universal version is designed for 7-hole mounting on Kawasaki motorcycles and serves as the base for a tank bag with the Hepco & Becker BASIC locking system. Suitability for the specific motorcycle model must be confirmed before selection.
Complete locking set
The tank ring and matching component for attachment to the tank bag are included. The position of the retaining plate can be adjusted to suit the tank shape and steering lock. The tank bag itself is also required.
Function while riding
The BASIC system locks the fitted tank bag mechanically and provides audible confirmation. The front strap on the tank bag is operated to release it. The fuel filler cap can still be opened when the ring is fitted.

Use the matching system
Only a BASIC tank ring and BASIC retaining plate are compatible with each other. Combination with a Lock-it retaining plate is not possible.
