Construction and processing

HAAN WHEELS manufactures off-road wheels from selected components. The Excel rims are made in Japan from 7000 series aluminum alloy. The machined, one-piece hubs are made from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy and are manufactured on CNC machines. Anodization protects the hub surface and enables different color variations.

The stainless steel spokes are made from a special stainless steel blend and offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes. Oversized Koyo bearings and spacers made of 7075 aluminum are used for smooth running and high durability.

Assembly and selection

Each wheel is assembled by hand in the Netherlands by experienced professionals and carefully tested before shipping. The combination of black rim, red hub and red spoke nipples is suitable for a coordinated look on the Honda CRF 250 R.
