Original BMW Windscreen Mounting Kit for the R 1150 GS

The complete WRS KITBMW mounting kit includes the original BMW fittings required to mount the WRS Touring Windscreen on the standard BMW R 1150 GS from 1999-2004.

Fits:
BMW R 1150 GS, model years 1999-2004
WRS Article Number: KITBMW
Color: Black

Why the mounting kit is needed

The WRS Touring Windscreen uses the mounting points from the Adventure model. On a standard R 1150 GS without these mounts, the KITBMW is therefore required for correct installation. On an R 1150 GS Adventure, the kit can serve as a full replacement for existing mounts.

Scope of delivery

  • Original BMW black mounting parts
  • All screws necessary for installation
  • Complete mounting kit, WRS Article Number KITBMW

Practical complete solution with windscreen

If the standard R 1150 GS lacks both the Touring Windscreen and Adventure mounts, the combination of the WRS Touring Windscreen and KITBMW is the practical complete solution. On the product page, both single items can be added together as a bundle with 5% discount.

Installation note

Unless otherwise specified in the vehicle-specific instructions, the windscreen screws are tightened to 3 Nm. Please check vehicle model and year before installation.
