The Racing windscreen, raised by 45 mm, was developed for the 2020-2026 YAMAHA YZF R 1 and provides more substantial coverage than the standard windscreen. Its slim, race-oriented profile integrates into the front end while adding a distinctive accent.

Motorsport-proven PMMA construction

The windscreen is made from high-quality, DOT626-approved PMMA plexiglass and has a material thickness of 2 mm. This material is also used for windscreens in professional motorcycle racing. The raised profile provides greater protection from airflow.

Three colour options

Three actual versions are available for individual coordination with the motorcycle and the desired appearance:

• Dark smoke: YA013FS
• Smoke: YA013F
• Clear: YA013T

Installation

The Racing windscreen replaces the standard windscreen without any modifications to the motorcycle. It is suitable for fairings on which the original windscreen can also be fitted. Unless otherwise specified, all screws must be tightened to a torque of 3 Nm.
