Targeted brake cooling for demanding riding conditions
The PUIG Brake Cooler directs airflow specifically to the brake calipers of the YAMAHA T-MAX 560 TECH MAX [2025]. The aerodynamically optimized system reduces thermal stress under heavy, repeated braking and helps maintain consistent brake feel.
Efficiently directed cooling airflow
The two cooling ducts capture the oncoming airflow, compress and accelerate it, then direct it straight to the brake calipers. Track testing recorded a reduction of up to 30 °C in the average operating temperature of the brake calipers. This helps prevent overheating under high loads while supporting braking performance and feedback.

Four aerodynamically functional components
The system consists of two brake-caliper cooling ducts and two lower deflectors styled as partial wheel covers. The deflectors reduce turbulence around the front wheel and offset the additional aerodynamic drag generated by the cooling ducts. PUIG thus combines thermal performance with purpose-developed airflow management at the front of the motorcycle.

Technically refined construction
PUIG develops and manufactures the components in Barcelona using modern plastic-forming processes. Corrosion-protected metal brackets with a subtly textured black finish provide a durable mounting structure and blend discreetly into the vehicle's design.
Installation and ABE
Installation is designed to be completed in a short time. As the mounting points are located in a technically sensitive area, the specified screw-tightening torque must be followed exactly. An ABE document is available for the Brake Cooler; before use, its scope must be checked for the respective vehicle.
