The POLINI racing clutch with Z22 ring gear and helical-toothed pinion is designed for the Vespa TS 125 from the 1977–1978 model year range. Their construction is designed for efficient power transmission and precise gear changes.

Function and construction

With the HT clutch, the power transmission works in the opposite way: not the outer bell, but the inner hub is connected to the crankshaft. This makes the clutch an independent technical solution for racing and tuning.

Coordination of the translation

The spring force of the clutch can be adjusted. It is also possible to select the primary gear and adapt the translation to the respective application. The POLINI HT clutch can be modified by replacing the primary gear.
