Electronic control for the Vespa Sprint 4 T 3 V

The MALOSSI Force Master 2 is an electronic control for I-Tech 4-stroke cylinders. It allows the injection to be adapted to Malossi 4-stroke and original cylinders. The fuel supply setting can be changed by ± 20% at minimum, medium and maximum speed.

Function and characteristics

Depending on the vehicle, the Force Master 2 raises the rev limiter by 2,250 rpm. The specified range therefore extends from the original value of 9,250 to the Malossi value of 11,500. Four maps support the adjustment to the described combination of exhaust system, cylinder, cylinder head, camshaft and filter.

• Curve 0: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 125 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 1: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 125 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 2: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 150 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 3: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 150 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter

The control is intended for the Vespa Sprint 4 T 3 V in the entire 2014-2016 model year range.

Factual note

The Force Master 2 is reserved exclusively for racing in specially designated locations in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports authorities. In combination with an O2 regulator, complete control of the fuel supply is achieved for the processing steps proposed by Malossi.
