MALOSSI multiple shaft set with flexible connections for Vespa PX 200

The MALOSSI multiple shaft set was developed according to a Malossi design and completely revised compared to the original. The gears are offset in the direction of the axis of rotation and are therefore arranged in such a way that a uniform thickness of the spring holder is possible. A clamp screwed to the axle holds the newly developed springs securely in position.

Construction and technical features

• Specially hardened and ground gears
• Gears with Z 12-13-17-20
• Can be used with Malossi gears and/or original gears
• Square section anti-lock springs
• Shot peened springs for high fatigue resistance
• Laser-cut spring locking plate with reinforcement on the clutch wheel

The axial displacement and centering of the gears supports the retaining wall of the springs. The shape of the gears in the area of ​​the anti-locking device differs from the original due to construction. By extending the 4th gear, the gear ratio changes compared to the original.

The set is intended for the Vespa PX 200 built between 1998 and 2001.
