The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder with 63 mm bore and 14 mm piston pin is designed for the 4-stroke engine of the Vespa Primavera 125 4 T Iget Sport ABS E 4 in the 2017-2019 model year range. The cylinder has a bore of 63 mm, a stroke of 58.6 mm and a displacement of 182.67 cm³. The compression ratio is 11.15:1.

• Cylinder material: primary aluminum alloy with a high proportion of hardened and tempered silicon
• Cylinder liner with silicon carbide coating in electroplated nickel form
• Cross smoothing with two diamond passes and very limited tolerances
• Cylinder-piston connection with a tolerance of 0.05 mm
• Recalculation and improvement of heat exchange surfaces
• Piston with ultra-compact design, three rings, low weight and reinforcement
• Piston made of special aluminum alloy with high silicon content, low thermal expansion and tin coating on the sliding surfaces

Piston rings and use

The special rings are designed for high sliding properties and very high mechanical strength. The ring package includes an I-ring made of nitrided and chrome-plated steel, a special cast ring and a three-part wiper ring made of special chrome-plated steel alloy. Installation is only intended with the Force Master 2.1 control unit.
