The MALOSSI multiple shaft set with flexible connections is designed for the Vespa Cosa 200 from the 1988-1997 model year range. The construction was completely revised compared to the original version based on a Malossi design and combines revised gears with a structurally coordinated spring holder.

Construction and function

The gears are offset in the axial direction, which ensures a uniform thickness of the spring holder and precise centering of the drive wheels. A clamp screwed to the axle holds the newly developed springs. The laser-cut spring locking plate has a reinforcement on the clutch wheel that prevents axial displacement in the event of a break in the transmission system.

• Changed gear ratio by extending 4th gear
