MALOSSI MHR aluminum cylinder kit for Vespa Cosa 200

The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit Ø 68.5 is designed for racing use and is aimed at demanding Vespa projects. The MHR version works with racing piston compression and is intended for a crankshaft with a 60 mm stroke.

The connection to the silencer is made via a flange connection. The system is attached to the cylinder with four head screws and seals on the exhaust via an O-ring. This connection is designed for exhaust systems with an inlet diameter of 44.5 mm. The centering between the cylinder head and cylinder is supported by two centering bushes; an O-ring ensures the seal.
