Aluminum cylinder kit for Vespa Cosa 150

The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit ø 63 aluminum CVF2 pin ø 15 Sport is designed for the Vespa Cosa 150 from the entire model year range 1988-1997. The design combines a cylinder made of high-strength aluminum alloy with a cylinder liner with a nickel-chrome coating.

Alignment and connection

The connection to the exhaust is made via a flange system with an O-ring seal. It is designed for exhaust systems with a 37mm inlet diameter and is attached to the cylinder with four head screws. A basic set of gaskets with different thicknesses allows compression to be adjusted for different uses.
