Triumph Tiger 800 XCA [2018-2020] - Evo clutch and short brake lever set

Precisely adjustable lever set for the Tiger 800 XCA

Developed by Evotech Performance, the set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges ensure a comfortable, anatomically coordinated support over the entire length of the lever.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid obstacle, the clutch lever can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring and bearing hold it securely in its intended position while driving. The lever is then reset manually.

Short brake lever

The non-folding Evo short brake lever is designed for operation with two fingers. Its compact design positions the end of the ball closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the design.

Individual reach adjustment

• Six adjustment positions on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm with a tolerance of ±1 mm, measured at the center of the lever
• Milled markings to clearly indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters

Machined aluminum construction

• Lever blades and holder holders milled from solid aluminum material
• CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking clips
• Millings on the back reduce weight while maintaining strength
• Black anodized surfaces on levers and holder mounts
• Ball end dimensions in accordance with legal dimensional specifications

Assembly

The CNC-milled holder holders are designed to precisely accept the intended original components. Installation is carried out at the standard lever positions.
