This crash protection was developed for the Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer from model year 2022. The robust crash pads are intended to help protect the motorcycle and driver in the event of a fall.

Construction and materials

• Support arms CNC machined from aviation grade billet aluminum
• Crash pads made from high-performance technical polymer
• Brackets and shafts powder-coated black
• Model-specific design for the existing attachment points

Scope of delivery

The Evotech performance fall protection system is delivered with the crash pads described and the associated holding structure.

Assembly

It is attached directly to the existing mounting points on the motorcycle. No changes to the vehicle are necessary. According to the manufacturer, illustrated assembly instructions are available for download.
