Folding Evo levers for precise control

The Evotech Performance Evo Set includes a length-adjustable clutch lever and brake lever for the Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE. Anatomically shaped, deeply rounded edges support a comfortable grip and controlled operation.

Folding mechanism to protect the levers

If they come into contact with a solid object, the lever blades can move upwards. This reduces the risk of breakage in the event of a tip over or fall. A preloaded spring with bearing holds each lever securely in its working position; after triggering, it is reset manually.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six adjustment positions on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm
• Milled markings show the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for clutch and brake levers

Machined aluminum and stainless steel components

Lever blades and holder connections are made of solid aluminum and anodized black. Millings on the back reduce the weight without sacrificing structural strength. CNC-manufactured clevis pins, safety clips and other connecting parts provided are made of stainless steel. The dimensions of the ball ends correspond to the legal requirements.

Assembly

The precise CNC machining of the holder connections is designed to accommodate the intended original components. Both levers are mounted at the respective standard mounting points and then adjusted to the desired grip width.
