The PUIG Z-Racing screen combines emphatically sporty lines with specifically improved aerodynamic relief. Its double height directs the wind over the helmet and upper torso, while side channels direct the airflow outwards, reducing pressure in the shoulder area.

Proven aerodynamics for sporty driving

PUIG tested the Z-Racing screen in the virtual wind tunnel. Compared to the original screen, it improves the aerodynamic protection by an average of 12.7% with the upper body upright and by 61% in the racing position. The 30 mm higher height supports the targeted dissipation of the airstream.

Precision crafted and designed for durability

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, the disc is made from 3mm thick, high-impact acrylic. This creates a robust, light and durable component. A camera-based quality control system checks the panes during production.
