Black polyethylene roof for the Polaris RZR 1000 XP Turbo EPS

The DIRECTION 2 roof protects the interior of the vehicle from the elements and falling dirt. At the same time, the black version complements the look of the Polaris RZR 1000 XP Turbo EPS. The design combines a stable design with sufficient flexibility for use under different loads.

Function and construction

The roof is made of black HMW High Density Haircell polyethylene with a thickness of 4.7 mm (.187"). The specially shaped bend supports high rigidity. Corner elements increase stability and strength; they are secured with rivets. All edges are machined with a CNC milling machine with 5 axes and are particularly smooth.

Vehicle assignment and assembly

The roof is intended for the 2016-2017 Polaris RZR 1000 XP Turbo EPS. Assembly takes place without drilling. Fastening material and detailed assembly instructions are included in the scope of delivery and support installation on the intended vehicle.
