Cylinder and piston are matched to each other with a tolerance of 0.05 mm.

The ultra-compact, weight-reduced and reinforced piston has three rings, a high silicon content and a tin coating on the sliding surfaces. The special piston rings combine high sliding properties with high mechanical strength. The design includes a nitrided and chrome-plated I-ring, a special cast ring and a three-part wiper ring made of special chrome-plated steel alloy.
