Malossi aluminum cylinder kit Ø 63 for LML Star 125 2 T

The Malossi aluminum cylinder kit Ø 63 is intended for the LML Star 125 2 T built between 2013 and 2017. The version with aluminum cylinder, CVF channels and pin Ø 15 is intended for use in competitions at designated venues in accordance with the regulations of the responsible sports associations.

The uniform wall thickness around the liner and openings supports controlled heat exchange. Aerodynamically profiled cooling fins are designed for an efficient flow of cooling air. The cylinder head has designed cooling fins and a precisely manufactured combustion chamber with tolerances in the tenth of a millimeter range.

Connection and adjustment

The connection to the exhaust is made via a flange connection set with four head screws on the cylinder and an O-ring seal on the exhaust. The connection is designed for exhaust systems with a 37 mm inlet diameter. A basic set of gaskets of different thicknesses allows compression to be adjusted to suit different uses.

Vehicle assignment

Suitable for LML Star 125 2 T, built between 2013 and 2017. The kit does not fit with electric start flywheel.
