Race-proven protection for the brake lever

The Evotech brake lever protection kit is designed to prevent accidental activation of the front brake lever. The larger road version is suitable for use on the road and on track days.

High quality construction

  • Guard bar CNC milled from high-quality solid aluminum material
  • Shaping to minimize air turbulence
  • Robust black powder coating on guard bars and handlebar end weights
  • Larger and heavier road version than the original bar end weight
  • Added weight can reduce high-frequency vibrations on the handlebars

Scope of delivery

  • Brake lever protection bar for the right side of the handlebar
  • Model-specific Evotech handlebar end weight for attachment
  • Matching replacement handlebar end weight for the left side

Assembly

The model-specific Evotech mount allows for easy and secure attachment to the handlebars. The kit is intended exclusively for use with the original throttle tube and the original handlebar grip.

After assembly, the correct throttle play and the free and even opening and closing of the throttle grip must be checked. The throttle actuation must not be impaired by the brake lever protection.

Suitable for KTM RC 390 from 2022.
