The Excel rim is made of 7000 aluminum and is made in Japan. The hub is machined from 1 piece of 6082 billet aluminum. Koyo bearings complement the structure of the complete bike. Central tube and spacers are made of 7075 aluminum.

Depending on the application, the wheel comes with 32 or 36 spokes made of special stainless steel. According to the product description, these spokes are 30% stronger than OEM. The front wheel is handmade and is designed as a complete version for a defined vehicle assignment.
