Construction and manufacturing

HAAN WHEELS manufactures the wheels for common off-road motorcycle models with selected components. The rims are from RK Excel and are made in Japan from 7000 series aluminum alloy. 6082 T6 aluminum alloy is used for the hubs; The one-piece hubs are precisely manufactured and anodized on CNC machines.

The stainless steel spokes are made from a special stainless steel blend and offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes. Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers support smooth operation and high durability. Each wheel is assembled by hand in the Netherlands by experienced craftsmen.
