REKLUSE slave cylinder for the hydraulic clutch of the KTM 450 EXC F

The REKLUSE slave cylinder is designed as a direct screw-on set for the hydraulic clutch of the KTM 450 EXC F. It replaces the original component and supports resilient hydraulics as well as a more direct connection between the clutch lever and the engine.

The slave cylinder is designed for use with OE or aftermarket manual clutch systems. This makes it suitable for motorcycles where the clutch is operated manually via a hydraulic system.

Development and deployment

REKLUSE developed the slave cylinder in collaboration with riders from the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Team. The design was tested under demanding driving conditions and in racing. The hard anodized billet aluminum and the coordinated piston, seal and return spring construction combine a constant lever feel with controlled clutch actuation.
