KTM 390 Duke [2017-2023] - folding clutch and short brake lever set

Precise control with coordinated ergonomics

Developed by Evotech Performance, the lever set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support a pleasant grip and controlled operation.

Folding mechanism and short design

The clutch lever can deflect upwards when it comes into contact with a solid obstacle to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring with bearing keeps it securely in position while driving; it is then reset manually.

The short brake lever positions its ball end closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the design protection features.

Individually adjustable

• Six-stage reach adjustment on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for clear visual differentiation

Milled metal construction

• Lever blades and mounting connections milled from solid aluminum material
• CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking clips
• Millings on the back reduce weight while maintaining strength
• Black, durable anodizing on levers and mounts
• Evotech Performance logos on levers and mount links

Assembly

The CNC-milled mounting connections are designed for precise acceptance of the standard components. This means that the set can be mounted precisely at the intended original mounting points.
