The BOYESEN water pump cover repair kit with impeller is designed for the KTM 350 EXC F from 2024. The Supercooler system combines a water pump cover with a hydrodynamically optimized impeller, supporting efficient coolant flow in the water pump system.

Efficient coolant flow

The HFI concept (Hyperflow Integration) takes into account the design of the inlet, the internal surfaces of the water pump system and the design and function of the impeller. Smooth interior surfaces reduce flow-related bottlenecks. The larger inlet promotes rapid coolant return flow and increases available flow capacity over smaller stock inlet ports.

The Pro-Flow impeller is designed for hydrodynamic efficiency. Its design increases the total coolant flow rate and counteracts cavitation compared to traditional water pumps. In this way, the system supports heat dissipation from the engine and thermal management under high thermal loads.
