BOYESEN wheel membrane block for the KTM 300 EXC-E

The BOYESEN wheel membrane block is developed as a model-specific intake system for the KTM 300 EXC-E from the 2007-2008 model year range. Its design combines a flow-optimized inner surface with a 4-way diffuser that supports the intake air flow and is intended to avoid pressure losses. The diaphragm block is therefore designed for optimized coordination of the engine's power, torque and elasticity.

The membrane plates are designed for several opening levels. Their variable flexibility supports model-specific adaptation of the intake system. The hydrocarbon-resistant version with rubber coating is designed for longer seal life.

Scope of delivery and assembly

The scope of delivery includes the intake manifold and the fastening clamps. The membrane block is intended for direct assembly without modification.
