Components and processing

HAAN WHEELS manufactures wheels for popular off-road motorcycle models and assembles each wheel by hand in the Netherlands. Every bike is carefully tested before shipping. The rims are from the Excel series and are made in Japan from 7000 series aluminum alloy. The machined, one-piece hubs are made from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy and are manufactured on CNC machines. Anodization is part of the hub design described.

A special stainless steel mixture is used for the spokes. According to the product description, these spokes offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes. Oversized Koyo bearings and spacers made of 7075 aluminum are described as features of the HAAN WHEELS wheels.
