Components and manufacturing

HAAN WHEELS uses RK Excel rims made of 7000 series aluminum alloy, made in Japan, for its wheels. The machined, one-piece hubs are made from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy and are manufactured on CNC machines in the Netherlands. Anodization protects the hub surface and enables different color variations.

The stainless steel spokes are made from a special stainless steel blend and, according to the manufacturer, offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes. Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers support smooth operation and high durability.
