Aluminum clutch cover for the KTM 250 SX

The REKLUSE aluminum clutch cover is designed for the KTM 250 SX from 2013 to 2016. Its construction combines a resilient material with a design that is tailored to use as a clutch cover.

Function and execution

The lid is made of billet (extruded) aluminum and is double hard anodized. As a result, the surface offers increased durability and wear resistance. The greater depth compared to the standard cover allows for a higher oil capacity. This feature creates additional space in the coupling area and supports the design of the cover for practical use.

The design was developed to complement the function of a Rekluse or OEM clutch. This makes the component suitable for use with a corresponding coupling design without changing the material properties of the cover.
