The hard anodized RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the KTM 250 EXC from the 2013-2016 model year range. Its 1.5 mm deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100 cm³. The additional oil volume supports a lower oil temperature and is particularly relevant during long races and when the clutch is under heavy strain in muddy or sandy conditions.

Function and construction

The design of the lid promotes higher oil capacity and improved oil circulation. This supports the clutch during intensive use. The clutch cover is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The construction allows for lightweight, thin sections while increasing strength and durability over standard lids.

The robust design helps prevent damage from contact with stones, rocks, footrests or brake pedals. The hard anodized Akadize surface treatment increases abrasion resistance against boots and grit and contributes to a long-lasting well-groomed appearance.
