NEWFREN Pro Race clutch kit for KTM 150 EXC

The NEWFREN Pro Race steel and friction disc clutch kit combines specially developed friction plates with coordinated steel discs. The Pro Race Line is the top model of the NEWFREN clutch series and was developed in collaboration with successful teams from the Superbike, Moto 3 and MXGP world championships.

Function and structure

The friction material mainly consists of cellulose, resins, carbon and other components. It is designed to have a high coefficient of friction and lower compressibility. The special disc design supports the oil flow and efficient operation of the clutch. The combination of friction material and construction promotes stable function of the pads even under demanding operating conditions.

The clutch kit is assigned to the KTM 150 EXC from 2024. The design is aimed at use as a high-quality racing product.
