NEWFREN Pro Race clutch kit for the KTM 125 XC W

The NEWFREN Pro Race steel and friction disc clutch kit is designed for the KTM 125 XC W from 2019-2024. The Pro Race Line is the racing product within the NEWFREN clutch series and combines specially developed friction discs with matching steel discs.

Function and design

The friction material of the clutch is mainly composed of cellulose, resins, carbon and other components. Its lower compressibility supports a constant response behavior of the friction linings. The special disc design improves oil flow and thereby promotes more efficient operation in the clutch pack.

The combination of friction material and construction increases the stability of the pads. This means that the kit is designed to function stably even under demanding operating conditions. The development took place in collaboration with renowned teams from the Superbike, Moto 3 and MXGP world championships.
