Sporty lines, targeted airflow and a shape precisely tailored to the ZX-6R: The PUIG Z-Racing lens combines a striking racing look with improved aerodynamic shielding. Its Z-shaped channels guide the air flow in a controlled manner to the sides so that the airflow on the helmet and upper body is less direct.

Designed for sporty aerodynamics

PUIG developed the shape using virtual wind tunnel technology. Compared to the original disc, it is 35 mm higher. According to product-specific measurements, it reduces the air pressure acting on the driver by 0.9 kg and improves aerodynamic protection by 17% without affecting the aerodynamic coefficient of the entire vehicle. This supports driving comfort and relief for the driver.

Durable acrylic with UV protection

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, the lens is made from 3mm thick, high-impact CI30 acrylic. The material offers UV protection and allows a clear view in the transparent versions. The rounded 2 mm contour meets the relevant safety requirements of the German TÜV.

Precise fastening

Fastening is done with the original screws. No additional attachments are required. The tightness of the screws should be checked regularly.
