The Zephyr 550, Zephyr 750 and Zephyr 1100 represent classic Kawasaki roadsters with a clear front design. This universal 7-inch LTD-style headlight complements such conversion ideas with a black housing, clear lens and H4 prism reflector. However, the stylistic similarity does not mean that it can be used on every Zephyr.

Do not generalize existing front

Depending on the model, year of manufacture and previous changes, lamp holders and cable routes may vary. Therefore, measure the available installation space and compare it with the housing depth and the recording distance. There must be space behind the headlight for connections without squashing cables.

Check the motorcycle's electrical assignment for H4 and parking lights. The mechanical freedom of movement must then be checked over the full steering angle. Forks, instruments, tank, cables and lines must not touch the lamp pot or its holders.

The E-test of the headlight is relevant when making the selection, but does not automatically confirm the permissibility of the conversion. Fastening strength, installation position, setting and legal requirements must be assessed on the specific Zephyr 550, 750 or 1100.
