Precise control with folding construction

The set developed by Evotech Performance replaces the clutch and brake lever on the Kawasaki Vulcan S Sport. Anatomically shaped, deeply rounded edges support a comfortable grip and controlled operation.

Folding mechanism and individual adjustment

If they come into contact with a solid object, the lever blades can deflect upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring with bearing holds each lever securely in its normal position. The lever is then reset manually.

• Six-way adjustable grip width on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured with a tolerance of ±1 mm at the lever center
• Milled markings show the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for clearly visible adjustment

Machined aluminum and stainless steel components

Lever blades and the connections to the brackets are milled from solid aluminum and anodized black. Milled areas on the back reduce weight without unnecessarily compromising structural strength.

Scope of delivery

A complete set of folding clutch lever and folding brake lever with the corresponding red reach adjusters is supplied.

Assembly

The precise CNC-milled bracket connections are designed to accommodate the intended original components. Evotech Performance also provides video assembly instructions for download.
