Function and construction

• The base is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and then hard anodized.
• Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium is used in the replaceable teeth.
• The titanium teeth are thicker than the previous steel teeth and therefore support reduced boot wear.
• Interchangeable teeth allow individual teeth to be replaced without having to replace the entire set.
• The weld-free look combines the technical construction with a clear aluminum design.
