BOYESEN Rad Valve RC2 for the Husqvarna TC 250

The BOYESEN Rad Valve RC2 membrane block is designed as a model-specific intake solution for the HUSQVARNA TC 250 from the 2017-2022 model year range. Its construction combines a flow-oriented design with specially tailored membrane slats for this model, year of manufacture and displacement.

Function and construction

• The housing is made of 100% aluminum and has an aerodynamically designed interior surface.
• Quadruple aerodynamic directional dividers distribute the incoming charge at an angle evenly, without loss of flow.
• The model-specific variably tensioned membrane slats are made of aerospace carbon material.
• The slats are rubber coated and fuel resistant, supporting a long-lasting seal.

Technical features

The RC2 series is designed for an optimized intake system. Aerodynamic Surface Optimization, Model-Specific Reed Petal Tensioning, Material Fuel Resistance and Multi-Stage Reed Timing form the structural basis of the system. This means that efficiency, acceleration and the achievement of higher peak performance for the coordinated machine are taken into account as development goals of the intake concept.

Vehicle assignment and assembly

Suitable for the HUSQVARNA TC 250, years built 2017-2022. A clamp for the carburettor connection and a gasket are included. No modifications are required for assembly.
