The PROX connecting rod set is designed for replacing the connecting rod components on the HUSQVARNA FE 250 in the 2024-2027 model year range. Manufacturing takes place in Japan by leading OEM factories. The O.E.M. specifications and tolerances are precisely adhered to to enable direct and cost-effective OEM replacement.

Function and construction

The connecting rod is double forged. This manufacturing process improves the grain flow and thereby supports strength, durability and dimensional stability. To optimize the surface quality, the connecting rods are shot blasted. Shot blasting eliminates internal stresses and smoothes the forged surfaces.

Precisely positioned oil slots support the oil supply to the lower connecting rod. This specifically supports the bearing life.
