The BOYESEN wheel membrane block is developed as a model-specific intake system for the Honda CR 125 R (JE 01) built in 2003. Its design combines an optimized inner surface with a 4-way diffuser that specifically supports the air flows and is intended to avoid pressure losses in the intake area.

Function and construction

The membrane block is made of 100% aluminum. The inner surfaces are designed for flow guidance. Model-specific membrane plates with variable flexibility and several opening levels support coordinated intake control. The membrane plates are made of aviation-grade carbon, coated with rubber and hydrocarbon-resistant. This supports a longer service life for the seals.
