PUIG R-Racer Windscreen with a Pronounced Racing Contour

The PUIG R-Racer windscreen gives the Honda CBR600RR from 2023 onward a purposeful racing look and improves aerodynamic protection. Its design is inspired by windscreens used in MotoGP and WorldSBK, and its increased height integrates with the original shape of the motorcycle's front end.

Developed in a Virtual Wind Tunnel

The carefully crafted shape improves the aerodynamic coefficient and effectively directs airflow away from the helmet and shoulders. This increases riding comfort and reduces fatigue, especially on fast straights.

PUIG manufactures the R-Racer windscreen in Barcelona from 3 mm-thick, high-impact acrylic material. The construction is lightweight and resistant to potential impacts and scratches. At the same time, the material provides a clear view through the windscreen.

Racing Design and Precise Details

At 55 mm taller than the original windscreen, the R-Racer version provides a significantly more pronounced protective contour. The 2 mm-wide screen edge is rounded for increased safety and meets demanding European homologation requirements.
