PUIG Z-Racing Windscreen for the Honda CBR500R
More racing character with purpose-optimized aerodynamics: The PUIG Z-Racing Windscreen combines sporty, aggressive lines with functional wind protection. It was developed specifically for the 2013 to 2015 Honda CBR500R and is available in blue or red.
Racing-Optimized Aerodynamics
The screen's double-height profile deflects airflow that would otherwise hit the helmet and upper torso. Side channels direct air outward to reduce air pressure around the shoulders. PUIG developed and tested the shape in a virtual wind tunnel.
Compared with the original windscreen, the average improvement in aerodynamic protection is 12.7 % with the upper body upright. In the racing position, it is 61 %.

- Height × width: 315 × 285 mm
- 40 mm higher than the original windscreen
- Material thickness: 3 mm
- Made from high-impact acrylic
- Rounded edge with a 2 mm radius in accordance with German TÜV safety testing
Developed and manufactured in Barcelona, the screen is engineered to be stable, lightweight and durable. An image-based quality-control system is used to inspect the product.
Color Options and Mounting
The Z-Racing Windscreen is available in blue and red finishes. The original screws are used for mounting; additional components such as edge trim are not required.
