AXP Xtrem underrun protection for the GasGas EC 450 F

The AXP Xtrem underrun protection with linkage protection protects the entire frame of the GasGas EC 450 F up to the footrests. At the same time it covers the water pump, the housing and the linkage. This makes the protection suitable for demanding applications in which these areas can be exposed to particular mechanical stress.

Function and execution

The underrun protection is made from 8 mm thick PE-HD plastic. The material is 30-40% lighter than similar aluminum skid plates. With a weight of 1.5kg, the component combines the extensive coverage of the vehicle underbody with a comparatively low weight.
