Tall plug-and-play fork cartridges for a more precise chassis

The cartridge kit was developed for the original fork of the BMW R nineT and can be installed without machining or permanent modification. The fully reversible solution expands the chassis adjustment options and is designed for greater driving comfort and more powerful handling on different routes.

Chassis function and adjustment

• Pair of hydraulically adjustable cartridges for the original fork
• Hydraulic system developed according to specific specifications
• Pistons with enlarged oil channels
• Compression and rebound adjustable
• Adjustable spring preload
• Springs included in cartridge kit
• Stroke: 155mm
• Wheelbase: 830mm

Plug and play assembly

With this updated version, no machining of the fork legs in the pressing area is required. The original fork does not need to be rotated or otherwise modified and remains completely reversible.

• Assembly without modifications to the original fork
• It is recommended to reduce the distance of the fork from the plates by 10 mm.
• Öhlins fork oil is recommended in the amount specified by the manufacturer.

Attention: Correct assembly of this product is important for safety and requires the intervention of an experienced technician.
