The NineT/7 40th Tank for a more classic silhouette

The shorter NineT/7 40th Tank changes the riding position on the BMW R nineT: the rider moves further forward, allowing more load to be placed on the front wheel and making the distance to the handlebars feel shorter. The tank is supplied painted and ready to install.

Tank and function

• Made from nylon
• Capacity: 18,5 liters
• 2 kg lighter than the original tank
• Supplied fully painted and with decals beneath the clear coat
• For the white version, the decals must be purchased separately
• Fully reversible conversion

The original fuel cap, original fuel pump and original activated carbon filter are reused. The reserve warning light also remains functional.

Installation and scope of delivery

All brackets for mounting the tank are included in the kit. According to the manufacturer, no further modifications to the motorcycle are required.

Karakum tank bag

To bridge the gap between the NineT/7 tanks and the seats used with the original tank, Unit Garage offers a hand-stitched Karakum storage bag made from high-quality leather. It is suitable for small items such as keys, Telepass, gate openers or coins and is offered with a mounting bracket. Available in black with gray stitching and brown with green stitching.
