Comprehensive PARIS DAKAR GR86 complete conversion for the BMW R nineT

This comprehensive conversion kit combines the characteristic PARIS-DAKAR design with components for ergonomics, luggage transport, protection and rear conversion. The focus is on the shorter 22.5 liter tank, the two-part seat and the ABS side panels. They are complemented by, among other things, front fairing, engine protection bar, rear fender with license plate holder, ergo handlebars, luggage plate and a high titanium silencer.

Tank, seating position and side panels

• Shorter nylon tank with a capacity of 22.5 liters for a seating position further forward and greater load on the front wheel
• With a stated average consumption of 17.7 km/l, this gives a calculated range of around 400 km
• Original tank cap, original fuel pump and original activated carbon filter are included
• The reserve warning light remains functional
• All tank mounts are included; the conversion is completely reversible
• Painted version in white, bright white of the Urban GS and red with decors under the transparent top layer
• Complete two-part comfort seat with 850 mm seat height like the original Urban GS
• The pillion seat section can be quickly removed using the included key to increase luggage space when riding solo
• Molded ABS side panels with white and red finish, mounting brackets, screws and vibration dampers

Front design and protection

• Fenouil windshield and high front fender in painted ABS with transparent top layer
• Complete with raised headlight mount, brackets, screws and installation instructions
• The front design is based on the R80 GS PD and offers a high level of aerodynamic protection
• Assembly without modifications to the motorcycle
• Headlight protection grille that can be installed and removed without interfering with the original parts
• NB: Not approved for road use
• Protective engine guard made of steel with durable powder coating
• The engine protection bar is supplied with spacer bushes and screws; Most maintenance work can be done without disassembly

Rear, luggage and pillion operation

• Steel passenger grips with matt black epoxy powder coating
• The handles complement the rear and can also be used to attach bags or luggage straps
• Back pocket made of full grain leather, stitched with nylon thread and handmade in Italy
• Back pocket dimensions: 200 × 280 mm, height 150 mm
• Luggage rack plate made of aluminum with matt black epoxy powder coating
• The plate expands the cargo area when the pillion seat is removed and comes with screws and non-slip rubber pads
• ABS rear fender with modular aluminum license plate holder and integrated LED light
• License plate and turn signal brackets are included and can be removed for alternative positioning
• Plug and play wiring with connectors, no soldering or modifications to the original wiring harness
• Stainless steel screw set included for rear conversion

Handlebars and controls

• Ergo handlebars made of steel with matt black epoxy powder coating
• Old-school version with crossbar and constant diameter of 22 mm
• Same height as the original handlebars, but designed for a more relaxed and comfortable grip position
• Compatible with heated grips and designed to mount on the original risers and controls
• Black leather padding for the handlebar crossbar, length 26 cm and diameter 6 cm
• Pair of CNC machined bar ends with gloss black finish and Unit Garage logo; two M12 mounting screws are included

High silencer

• Stainless steel connectors with fully handcrafted Moto GP style titanium rear silencer
• About 2.8 kg lighter than the original system
• Removable DB killer
• Mounts on the original anti-vibration mount with the pillion frame installed
• A separate high bracket is required for operation without a pillion frame
• NB: Full homologation report.
• Carbon heat protection is not included
