Comprehensive Paris-Dakar conversion with travel and protection components

This comprehensive Paris Dakar 40th kit combines the characteristic conversion of tank, seat and side panels with coordinated components for ergonomics, luggage, protection, rear, front and exhaust. The painted body panels come with graphics under the transparent finish and ready to install.

Paris-Dakar tank, seat and side panels

• Glossy black painted nylon tank with graphics
• Shorter tank shape for a seating position further forward and greater load on the front wheel
• Tank volume: 22.5 liters
• Claimed range: around 400 km with an average consumption of 17.7 km/l
• The original tank cap, original fuel pump and original activated carbon filter are still used
• The reserve warning light remains functional

Front and protection

• Headlight protection grille that can be installed and removed without interfering with the original parts
• Heavy-duty steel crash bar with double side protection tube
• Crash bar made of 25 mm tube with 2 mm wall thickness and durable powder coating
• Most maintenance work can be carried out without dismantling the crash bar
• Crash bars compatible with accessories and original protective parts as well as cylinder head covers

Ergonomics and handlebars

• Ergo handlebar made of steel with crossbar and constant diameter of 22 mm
• Matt black epoxy powder coating
• Same height as the original handlebars, but with a more relaxed handlebar position

Tail, license plate and luggage

• Modular license plate and indicator holders that can be dismantled for alternative positioning
• Plug and play wiring with connectors, no soldering or modifications to the original wiring harness

Exhaust system

The tall silencer consists of a stainless steel connector and a hand-crafted Moto GP style titanium end piece. It weighs about 2.8 kg less than the original and has a removable DB killer. The assembly is carried out on the original anti-vibration bracket with the pillion frame installed. A separately available high mount is required to operate without a pillion frame. Carbon fiber heat protection is not included.

The high silencer is homologated for road traffic; a complete homologation report is available.

Bags and decor

• Hand-sewn tool roll made of cotton and leather

• Handcrafted tail bag made of Italian full grain leather with nylon thread
• Tail bag dimensions: 200 × 280 mm, height 150 mm

• Stickers can be applied over the paint or under a transparent finish

Scope of delivery and assembly

The set contains the tank, seat, fairing, front, protection, handlebar, rear, luggage, exhaust and bag components described, including the brackets, screws and assembly instructions expressly mentioned in each case. A video guide for the Paris-Dakar kit is also included.
