Targeted protection for the brake lever

The Evotech brake lever protection kit Road was developed model-specifically for the BMW R 1250 RS. The protector is intended to prevent unintentional actuation of the brake lever due to unexpected impacts or contact and at the same time visually enhances the ends of the handlebars.

Robust road version

The brake lever protection is made of aluminum and is aerodynamically shaped. Integrated openings support the air flow around the protective bar. The larger, more durable Road version uses recessed fasteners.

Coordinated scope of delivery

The aluminum lever protection with a stable handlebar end weight is provided for the brake side. An optically matching Evotech handlebar end weight is included in the kit for the clutch side.

Model-specific assembly

The stainless steel fastening is tailored to the motorcycle and is inserted into the handlebar ends. The kit is designed exclusively for use with the original throttle tube and handlebar grip.

After installation, it must be checked that the gas has the correct play, can be opened easily and closes independently and unhindered. The throttle function must not be impaired by the brake lever protection.
